Shipping & Delivery-International Shipping Rates via USPS Priority Mail
A flat rate of $39.99 for 1 to 2 bags will be charged for any international shipments. Any shipment over 3 bags is subject to an additional shipping fee which will be billed to your credit card before the item is sent. We will notify you by e-mail what that addtional amount is before we bill your credit card. For any questions regarding this, please contact us at Mayva@justjaneboutique.com . Once your funds clear Just Jane Boutique will ship out your merchandise. Just Jane Boutique uses USPS for all of our international shipments unless your country does not accept it. In that case, we will find an alternative shipping method. Typically, you will receive your International shipment within 2 weeks.
Please note: Once your package reaches the destination country, it is turned over to the local postal service and held until it clears customs. It may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Just Jane Boutique does not take any responsibility for such duties and/or taxes.
While most international deliveries arrive within 2 weeks, please understand that once the package is handed over to the local country, it becomes subject to rules and delivery time frames of the local postal service, including any holidays or weather delays. Just Jane Boutique does not make any guarantees regarding delivery times for international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges-Just Jane Return Policy
Just Jane Boutique prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered and unwashed items in their original packaging with all original labeling attached. Just Jane Boutique reserves the right to deny credit if upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of item. Items may be exchanged or returned by mail within fourteen (14) days of receipt of purchase. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible for both the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you and the costs to send the product back to us. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Federal Express, or by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. All items are your responsibilty until they are received by Just Jane Boutique.
Prior to sending an item back, the purchaser must contact customer service to receive approval and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) . Upon receipt and inspection of the item (all original tags must be on and in the original packaging) we will refund the amount charged, less a shipping and handling fee in the amount that we incurred in shipping your item(s). This fee is subject to change on upgraded deliveries or international orders where duties and customs may apply. This fee is non-refundable and applies to returns only. For exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges back to Just Jane as well as the new shipping charges for the exchanged item. It is strongly suggested that the item is sent insured, with a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Please write the RA# on the invoice and on the outside of the package. If you receive a defective item, we must be notified within two (2) days of receipt of the product to be eligible for a return or an exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Just Jane Boutique is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items must be returned 14 days from receipt of delivery . If the item is returned after 14 days it will not be accepted and will be refused and returned back to sender as after 14 days RA# becomes null and void.
Refunds to you will be made within a maximum of 10 business days of the date of receipt of the returned merchandise. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Just Jane Boutique. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales tax (where applicable), excluding shipping charges.

We accept Pre-Orders for some in-demand items. We Provide an expected shipping window for pre-orders, please note that these dates are approximations we receive from our designers and items may arrive before or after expected shipping window. If an updated ship date is available from our designers , we will update our website. You may check the status of your pre-order by calling us directly at 480 861 4520 or via e-mail at Mayva@justjaneboutique.com . Items are charged in full as soon as you Pre-Order online, This confirms the reservation of your item. if you cancel a pre ordered item, you must do so within 48 hours after your order was placed.
